Our People Mobility and Safety services are designed to protect individuals when they are most vulnerable. Typical examples include an Alzheimer’s patient who strays from home, a lost child or an isolated worker entering dangerous locations. We offer different types of safety services and devices that correspond to the circumstances, for instance;
Children: our search-and-rescue technology allows the tracking “on-the-go” of a lost child. This is done with a simple wireless PDA connection to a GPS tracking watch carried by the child. Parents can locate the child on their PDA and follow the directions on the screen leading to him (under development).
Alzheimer patient: our GeoFencing technology alerts the monitoring center that the patient has left the “safe” zone, his home for instance. A GPS tracking watch carried by the patient triggers an automatic alarm in real time. The monitoring center is also able to follow the whereabouts of the patient on line (under development).
Isolated worker: A portable device carried by the individual sends automatic alarms to the monitoring center and when the worker is suspected of being in danger, for instance in case of sudden vertical drop, of immobility, etc. The monitoring center is also able to locate in real time the precise current location of the worker.
